Was at the reloading bench yesterday and could not get my RCBS Case Master Cartridge Trimmer to withdraw from the case mouth after trimming. I also had stripped the hex heads in the set screws holding the stops on the shaft. I have reloaded many many rounds and parts on the trimmer were getting worn out. RCBS sent me new set screws, cutting shaft and cutter. No Charge.
 
They are great to deal with. They replaced some stuff for me too that was worn out. Lee on the other hand gave me a hell of a time to replace something that was brand new and never used. But after many e mails, phone calls and pictures they did. RCBS Customer service is #1. In my books.
 
Same experience here! I dropped the handle on my Pro 2000 once and the ram droped so fast it sheared the indexing pawl. I gave them a call and they sent up a new one along with a couple other parts I had worn/broken over the last 10k rounds loaded on it.

Never charged me a cent, shipping was covered by them.

Going to continue buying from them, as they know how to treat loyal customers.
 
I'm really impressed with their customer service. It's funny how some companies p*ss off customers to save a few pence when they could be like RCBS and ensure $$ in the long run.
