For all the winchester lovers out there......
Just a got a 9422mag to keep my regular 9422 company......
the rifle is as mint as they come....not the fancy wood xtr model but a classic
just the same....i have been looking at prices for these rifles on the net lately
and the prices are just going crazy.....I dont care what annyone says but compared to the rest...i still think these are the best...
Gonna put a few boxes thru er on the weekend and see how she shoots...
In my oppinion if you can get a 9422 cheap BUY IT!...they will only go up in price....................Dan...........................

Winchester 9422

34 years ago I bought a 9422 magnum , have used it on groundhogs with good success , it is very well built , it has never given me one problem ,I too am on the lookout for a 9422 ( .22 L.R.) I also have 2 Marlin 39-as and 39 mountie , they are acurrate , and very good guns , however I have had problems with the 39-as not the mountie , the Winchester is well worth the keeping , I'll never part with mine . good luck ... shoot safely .... rrr those a nice looking pair of rifles, and if hadn't been for the steal of a deal that I found on a Marlin 39AO, i too would have had some Win lever rimfires. That said the Marlin is a great gun as well. FS
