I am glad we are on the same page .... ;)

But my question was a serious question .... if we are talking about how to "step it up" in bear country .... I would like to hear how people "step it up" on the road ... and how they reinforce their cars and trucks .....

Why don't you start ANOTHER thread about it?

I think we can spare ourselves that exercise ..... nobody chimed in ..... and I have a feeling nobody will chime in ......

Or do you know somebody who reinforced their truck and to survive a possible car accident?

I don't ..... ;)

Push bars. All the push bars.

Even if it turns out its just a Cope Cage...might look pretty badass. And thats what counts. Bet it bunts a Prius at least 100 feet.

Lots of pick ups and semis have had bumpers and guards added to further protect the vehicle in case of collisions, with other vehicles and animals. The bumpers on police vehicles are specifically designed to protect the vehicle in case of collision, on purpose or by accident. The Roo Bar was invented in Australia to protect against animal strikes….
There are plenty more examples….
