Big Trout Lake ‘monster’ sparks Internet debate

If it's 30 cm long and has a ratlike tail, I'm assuming that the tail also lost fur due to decpomp. Then it would be a mink. Regardless it is a decomposing member of the weasel family (pics don't give any idea of size).

####, people are stupid.

Has anyone grabbed a small sample and sent it to any university for a DNA test. Is it even worth it. I mean if the natives think it's the legendary monster of yesteryear......

Seriously. One hair and one lab and about three minutes and we'd have an answer and an end to the thread.

My vote is something very natural, but dead. No monster, no news, no nothing.

Whatever it is, better days for that guy!" :p
