My current binocular bit the dust recently so I am looking around for a replacement. I'd welcome your suggestions as to binocular dealers who provide good pricing and service. It doesn't hurt if they also have hunting experience with their brands of binoculars.

Thanks!:)

I've been looking at binocularscanada trying to decide if they were trustworthy or not. They sell the Pentax DCP SP 10x42 for $100 less than "Conan the Retailer". I may have to order a set.

Check out ebay. Sometimes there are some good deals to be had, our dollar is good right now as well which doesnt hurt either.

I bought my Swarovski binos on there through a buddy that lives in the states and I saved myself about $400.(mind you that was a long time ago)

Might be worth a look :D

I haven't been in there in a while, but London Drugs used to have binocs. I have bought optics and cameras and computers from them and if there is ever a problem, their customer service really is awsome.

I just spent a few months learning about Bino's and what I wanted out of them. I ended up at Binoculars Canada. Second to none, if the price you find is cheaper they'll match it in most cases.. I bought Nikon Monarch's 10 x 42 used them twice in the field and am glad I bought them.

When I need another decent pair for my Son, it's the only place I'll be looking.

A guy posts on here for NYcameraland.com I boughht a minox individual focus 6.5x32 for a very good price. I also have Pentax SP 10x43 which are fantastic, doug posts here as "gr8fuldoug" send him a pm and ask for a price.
usually very good, very easy to deal with.

X2 I bought the same pair and they are very nice for the money ( $345.00) from Nikon canada.

binos

I make my living with binos. I guide about 120 days a year. I bought a pair of Zeiss 10x40 binos in 1975. can you imagine how many times I've looked through them in the last 30 years. Every time I've used them they worked flawlessly. A few years ago I sent them in for replacement eye rubbers and cleaning/servicing. Fast efficient service at NO CHARGE. THese binos have been all over Canada, the U.S. and Africa. Likely the best investment I've made in hunting gear. I'm not sure where the best place to buy them is, but they have a service rep in Canada now.
