Bipod/bags/led sled? For development??

Question for the REAL precision shooters, do any of you use a lead sled?
or a proper front bag/bipod?
with stable rear support like a bean bag, monopod?

"Get off the shooting bench and practice the sitting, kneeling, squatting, prone and offhand positions. Firing at Unknown Distances integrates target detection, range estimation, body positions and marksmanship..."

This will only make the shooter better not the firearm.....if you want to know how accurate a friearm is, fire it from a solid stable rest. Ie) prone off bags or bipod or bench, from rest.... once your sure your gun is capable and you have the right load figured out then you can start the prone, sit , kneel, offhand shooting to make the shooter a better overall marksman.

Of course, that's a given.

For testing my reloads for accuracy, a Cadwell Rock in front and bunny-ears bag under the stock. It's more important to me to have a repeatable and stable position than to train myself to keep that repeatable and stable position, if you see what I mean.

When shooting to improve my technique, it all depends on the position (standing, kneeling, sitting, prone). I tend to practice most with some kind of front support, though it could be anything: the Rock, a stump, a convenient tree branch, a bipod, a bag, etc...

I was looking at a couple of options at CT,as I have enough points to get one there.
Which one do you guys like best?
