Bipods and Grips all in one! (comand Arms ones) for M14s Need advise

Theres Two type of Bipods they sell at Comand arms the ones from Isreal that are a Forward pistol kinda Grip and the Legs Pop out spread wide when ya press a Buttom!

Or theres the Rubber coated Regular bipond ones that Mount High on the Forward stock with a weaver mount lower under the forward stock.

Theses bipods looks EX to me but its hard to Decide.
I dont like bipods with Exterior Springs.... The Hi mount ones that look like normal Bipods are most likely what im gona get just wondering if anyone has either on theses on there M14s
