With a bipod you are limited in weight to 18.2lbs for your complete package gun scope pod, while a front rest is not included in the weight. If you go with a rest get one with resonable weight and easy to adjust, don't spend less than $100 for a rest as the smaller ones are generally too light and springy for long range target and they tend to not adjust up and down easily. The remple ski-pod is the top of the line but heavy, the sinclair is lighter but made for long range shooting and not so easy to set for height. As Obtunded said the harris does not have a large footprint and can torque all over the place at inopportune times.
The final choice is up to you so if you can get out to a local match and see, maybe try some of what is out there that would probably help with the decision.
