Bipods, Shooting Sticks or Nothing for Coyotes

Bi pods are heavy. I dont like them for hunting. I had to pick my rifle up one time and move it to the right to shoot and when I lifted and turned, one leg caught the snow and the spring on the leg made a "Twiiiiing" sound and coyote GONE.

I use Bog-Pod shooting stix. Keep the gun on the stix looking the most likely way they are going to come. If they come the other way I can just rest the gun on my knee and shoot if I dont have time to get the stix.

dont like the bi-pod diggin in my back while carring on a sling either. But each to their own, My coyote hunting partner uses bi-pod and loves it, Hates stix LOL

Homemade collapsible shooting sticks made of old aluminum arrows and tent pole shock cord for this guy. Extremely light and they snap together automatically when pulled out of my boot...
