Bipods

I am sooting from the bench and have tried a few. My choice: Mystic's precision MPOD. It is also appreciated by guys shooting prone ( from the ground )

MPOD and Atlas for me. They both have their pros and cons. The MPOD is by far the most stable, great to test your reloads prone or on the bench. The Atlas is the most versatile in the field and can be loaded quite well when prone.

All bipods are a compromise and I think I have reviewed over a dozen on this site ( search function is your friend ) Take away message:

Best tactical bipod : LRA by a country mile followed by Atlas and then, well, the Harris. MPOD's - I've owned two and tested the most recent - many people do like them however.

F-Class : If weight is not a factor then the Cadillac is the Henry Remple. Star Shooter, Dolphin and some of the carbon fiber ones are also good but the Remple is unbeatable other than weight.

A Rempel, and a Harris 6-9. I want to try an LRA in place of the Harris but too many other things taking priority right now, to replace something that's already working.

I went with a Harris 6-9 swivel. Easy to switch between guns and seems well built. I don't really give a thought to it anymore, so that means it's doing its job.

Mpods for bench and flat ground, harris when on rough unforgiving terrain
On another note, has anyone used the anti-cant add on for the mpods, if so, is it good, bad or what?
