Know any vendors who stock these? I've tried going through sponsor site's here but I'm not seeing anything.

I read that guys are getting them off of Ebay. I'm assuming you want the Shockwave Technologies birdshead for the 870 or 500/590.

They can get the Shockwave but will charge an import fee. I looked into them before but still can't find one to fit Turkish shotguns

Just got confirmation that they don't ship to Canada (messaged them on Ebay). Guess you are SOL if there isn't a Canadian retailer selling them.

I'm assuming these are ITAR controlled? I've had firearm grips and furniture shipped to me from Ebay (the US) before without issue.

Yeah they won't ship up here. (What a bad buisness practice)

Anyways you need to have it shipped to the border and cross to collect. But, you need to have a 'Verified' (FRAUD ALERT) address as most sellers won't ship to a non verified / confirmed address in the US.

Ah what a nightmare for something that could be mistaken for a gear stick.

Edit: The speed feed might restrict the 14" barrel version ?

I already said they don't ship here and also provided a Canadian source - so what is the point of this post?

$46 US, Double the price and they're Canadian?

I could send one to my box in Detroit and go pick it up for less than that. If they're not controlled of course. Save $25 on a tank of gas too.

Sounds like you have it under control though. Continue.

They must have changed because I got mine direct when they first came out

This is exactly what I've read on the board, that people ordered from them or on Ebay. Must have changed their minds.

I appreciate the effort. I guess there's no guessing now.

I messaged them and asked them if they had any Canadian dealers and they indicated that they hadn't.

Thanks for the link and the contribution to the discussion.

The only good thing about the shockwave is the extra length...... It comes at the expense of reach of pull however.
The speedfeed locks your hand in a better position for a comfortable trigger reach, that said if you need a bit more length I'd consider modifying a speedfeed or a wooden stock to suit your requirements. If the shockwave as easily available you could get one and modify it to support your hand further forward but it seems hard to find right now.

Here's a wooden stock carved into a birdshead. Probably some wood working skills involved here.

Shotgun parts are not ITAR controlled. They are controlled by the U.S. Commerce Dept. which has different rules. I am not sure if it would be legal to export from the U.S. yourself. Something to look into.

Actually, and it was brought up once before, the magpul shotgun stock cut down would make an excellent pistol grip (albeit an expensive one) and I don't really like pistol grips enough to sacrifice one though. A pistol grip is a fun range toy, but if there was the possibility of a grizzly gnawing on my ass a pistol gripped gun wouldn't be anywhere on my list of go to guns

If anyone knows for sure, let me know. I'll order a bunch and pick them up for those who want one. Just need to know if it's legal to do so and if Shockwave on Ebay will ship to my non-confirmed (FRAUD ALERT) address.

I want one anyway, just for sh!ts and giggles.

I have a confirmed address in the U.S but not sure if it's worth bringing more than a few over. The Customs officer might frown if you declare 10 units in passage.

And it's $42CAN a pop at the moment plus 12% tax = $47.04 minus any shipping costs within Canada.
