If I use bismuth t shot for waterfowl out of a fixed full choke 16 gauge is it safe ????
as I cant find a gun smith with 16 gauge tools to thread in a choke system
I have 2 very mint sweet 16's that my daughter and grand daughter
would like to use as the recoil from 12 gauges are to much for them
and they do well with the 16's on clays but
find the 12 gauge 2 3/4 to much for them as they are tiny petite ladies

Bismuth is a direct replacement for lead so it would be safe .not sure why you would want to use T shot as its size would be very limiting to the number of pellets in the pattern .

Not sure either why T shot but
On the choke tubes could never find anyone in Canada to do 16ga so sent them to Briley in the US
Initially direct and now through Lawry's. Very pleased with the work but better expect at least a 250.00 CD bill which is probally more now since it has been at least 2 years aince I had a 16ga done
Cheers
