Black and Green Rifle Sales

In the USA, talk about a gun or magazine ban and sales go through the roof. In Canada the exact opposite.

Because in the states, if they ban it. They (most of time) will ONLY ban future sales/ transfer of what's banned.
US doesn't demand people to pin their 30 rounder, this is why Magpul pull the Colorado Boulder Lift thing.
US doesn't demand people to turn in their guns without compensation, Canada does.

That made me pull the trigger for a AR15.
The more we are the better we'll be.

I posted a thread to counter the reclassification by buying a NR. I was to buy a 10/22 take down.
I ended up buying a Colt 6920 Socom :)

Wow......

some of us need to grow a pair...

stop living in fear of maybes and what ifs.

If you're the type to let fear guide you and influence decisions and thinking, vote liberal and get it over with, you're already half way there.

Stop being closet Libs, come out already...

Exactly... It worries me how "scared" people are of the goverment. No possible gun laws are stopping me from buying weapons, I'll serve the jail time before I give them up haha.

I agree. When it comes to black rifles BUY BUY BUY, or bye bye. Your choice.

There is no direct correlation between amount of rifles sold vs. what is banned. They don't decide what is going next on whether they are popular.
I think if I direct my money that I would spend on a new black rifle, towards the NFA and other gun orgs, That It might be more effective in changing the laws.

I'm not telling anyone how to spend their money, but I'd rather spend my money to affect change now, while we still have some momentum, than buy a new toy for myself.

I am sure that it has had some affect on firearm sales of tactical style firearms as most gun owners cannot afford to spend that kind of money on a firearm that may be seized by the RCMP in a couple of years......or that may end up being an expensive paper weight......it has no doubt sent a chill throughout the entire firearms community as to what may happen to many firearms if the Federal Govt. happens to change in another year and a half.....

Of course they don't decide on what to ban by what is popular, you are missing the point entirely. Ask yourself which firearm would be an easier future ban target, a firearm that 2000 people own or one that 100,000 people own?

I agree with you that we need to support our gun organizations but we also need strength in numbers.
