Black Badge course on Vancouver Island?

Hello all,

I am interested in taking the Black Badge course and I live in Victoria B.C. I am a member of the Victoria Fish and Game Protective Assoc. but I was told by them just a few weeks ago that they will not hold the Black Badge training course this year. He said to check with Nanaimo...I have checked their website and couldn't find anything about it...Lots of matches, just no training course.

I'll call Nanaimo tomorrow...but curious if there is anybody out there that know's of this course being offered on the island.
