The purpose of my comments was to point out that buying AR lowers is NOT a pita! The more people that own them the better and when people confuse others by stating that it is somehow a pita or difficult it hurts our cause.

And the irony of your post is actually pretty funny...Mr. Kettle, meet Mr. Black.
 
Bought a black one today, might be a Christmas present to a new PAL holder, not going to build a rifle, would have to get another safe and that’s a road I’m not ready to travel at this time or in the foreseeable future.
Price on bulk 223 55gr was pretty good so made an order of it.

It was the other gun nutz that dwindled the pile or receivers that convinced me to do my part and make sure nothing was left, let the CFC/CFO process some transfers, let em know that the flow of firearms is a one way street that leads only to private ownership.
 
They are all sold. All we have left are the unpainted combos for $199.95

There are now approx 400 new AR15 owners not including the unpainted sets.
