What type of courses of fire are these?
Is this an IPSC type match or something totally different.
I'm interested.

I will attend, anybody from Brossard can go with me. Let me know.

To OP, I went the site to register, but my French is limited so could you point me out in here who should I contact ? Thanks.

For those who are far, i suggest finding friends and carpooling. This makes the trip more enjoyable and saves money!

Pour ceux qui viennent de loin, je suggère de convaincre des amis et de faire du co-voiturage. Ca rends le voyage plus agréable et amortis les coûts.

I Know.....

It'll try to convince 2-3 friends.

Excellent idea - I think a Black Rifle PPC type of event makes a lot of sense, since most patrol carbines are AR's. Running multiple positions, reloads etc. on targets with accuracy in mind would make an excellent addition to PPC and pair nicely with Duty Pistol.

This is exactly it. A PPC type match. One parts is more oriented towards accuracy, and the other is more CQB style: Lots of position change, short timings, mags changes etc...

don't you guys have some silly rules in PQ about movement with firearms on the range??
Did something change?
as all the big quebec matches ive shot have been held in Ontario?
bbb

Sweet the changed it from last year , before you had to shoot the duty pistol before the patrol carbine or patrol shotgun and it wasn't the (48) which they are posting now it was the actual duty pistol 1500
Too bad I sold my AR15 but I might go to shoot the 48 it's a great little match

Memnoch:

Glad to see you make this happen in QC. It's a badly needed event and so happy to see this kind of excitement generated in QC. :D
Bring it on... Hey, Sep 28th , eh? I don't have a clinic that weekend.

I'm gonna look into this event! I might need a letter of invite for my AR and my Grock!

It's so good to see this schtuff happen in QC! :)

Cheers,
Barney
