Either I have poor reading comprehention, or you are incomprehensible. Even your signature line seems to just be a portion of a random exert from the link in it. Is there something I am not understanding here or are you a really bad bot?
 
A quick google of JSD Supply turns up they are manufacturer of 80% lowers that don't have any serial numbers and need not be registered as firearms.
 
I`m not advertising anything that`s just the company that sponsored that event. it was a shooting match for home made firearms.
