My latest gun is a reproduction 1873 SAA made by Uberti,it is chambered for .45 Colt and due to the high cost of ammo I am going to re-load for it. I was advised by a gun dealer not to shoot black powder through it because of corrosion issues. The gun is a faithful reproduction of the black powder frame Colt 1873 and even has an "Antique" finish so I am going to shoot black powder when I get set up for re-loading. Anyone know how many grains of Goex the cartridges take????
