black powder navy 36 caliber revolver

Anybody knows if a navy, westerner .36 caliber black powder revolver can be considered an antique firearm under canadian law ? There is one for sale and the guy is asking $100.00 for it and restriction PAL as well .

It would have to be made before 1898 to be an antique and the name and the price almost certainly means that it is a recent Italian repro.
