Black Powder Proof Marks

I would really appreciate if someone could identify the proof marks on the two pictures.
They are on a Black Powder Cannon.

So it looks like it is Spanish manufacture, any idea which company would make those cannons?

In the first/second pic the three circles (in a triangular shape) are a Spanish proof indication a "black powder muzzle loading gun".

I can't find a thing on the R.S proof in my many lists of proof marks but given that the proof (pic 2) is listed in metric it probably post-dates my lists of marks.
