Were to find good black for a 45-70 in ALberta?
I have one on the way and it will be my first 45-70 and first black powder gun.
Also looking for dies and molds.

Hillfolk in Senlac Sask., near the AB. border, call ahead of time to make sure they have some. Don't bother with WSS or P&D, they don't know what it is.
 
I buy all of my BP in the USA. No, it's not against the export laws of the US and we are allowed to bring 8 Kg's in 1 pound containers on every trip. The last I was over I bought Goex at $12.95 and Swiss at $18.95/ Lb. Supply here is the problem. Also the price where I deal here is $32.00 per pound. You do the math. Dave
 
I bought some BP from Hillfolk Musket Supplies last month at the Lloydminster gun show, I know they carry Goex and Swiss made black powder, great people to deal with. Here is their phone number: Doug & Becky (306) 228-2949. For the dies and moulds any store like Wholesale Sports, Russell Sports will carry them.

Does this Hillfolk Musket Supplies have a web site? I can't seem to find anything on Google.
 
I don't believe Becky and Doug have a website, call 'em up, i see them at most of the shows out here in Sask. I get my Swiss BP from them, great folks to deal with!

I don't think that they have a web site. Like Ben said, just give them a call, that's what I did last time. I pre-ordered what I wanted and met them at the LLoydminster gun show.
