Hi are Black Talons illegal or is it just a myth i know Winchester stop producing this in 2000 therebouts.

Yup.

Winchester voluntarily pulled the "Black Talon" from the market.

They then released the Ranger SXT, which many people joke stands for Same Xact Thing as the Balck Talon.

Some of the earlier lots of the SXT still even have the black bullet in them.
