Blackhawk Axiom

Has anyone tried one of these stocks. I have seen a new Weatherby with one and want to try one on my Remington 700.

I use the Knoxx Axiom VS on my Rem 700 XCR 300RUM. I use it to tame the recoil and it DEFINITELY works. I bought mine before Blackhawk bought out Knoxx. Knoxx made their Axiom VS out of machined aluminum but after Blackhawk took over they were made out of fibreglass. Not sure if that made them any better but they sure are lighter. I like a bit of the extra weight (the aluminum stock) as it soaks up the recoil though the stock does such an excellent job of it, it probably doesn't need it.
I was considering getting the new fibreglass axiom stocks due to their lighter weight, thought maybe it might perform just as well as the one I have right now.
