Blackpowder in Edmonton?

I friend of mine is trying to regulate a load for a Churchill double rifle in 450 X 3 1/4 " and is looking for some blackpowder in Edmonton and surrounding area.
If anyone has any suggestions, it would be appreciated.

Lock N Load had some Goex but here they may be closed down?

Rayne or Shine In Toon town might be a good bet too

Powder type

Another point should be raised, based on observations posted on the Double Gun forum. After trying all the variables of bullet weight and type and powder granulation & charge, sometimes one just cannot get regulation with Goex, Schutzen, etc. powders because the original cartridge was loaded with a case-full of a hotter sporting-grade B.P. In these instances, a number of shooters have found that one of the granulations of Swiss powders can produce a regulated load. The problem then is, who carries Swiss B.P. in Canada?
