Blackpowder in Edmonton?

I have a friend who is trying to regulate a load for a 450 X 3 1/4" double rifle and is in need of some blackpowder in the Edmonton and surrounding area.
Any suggestions would help.

I don't think lock and load is out of business ... but the shelves are pretty bare. Anyway I did talk to him less than two weeks ago, he has no black powder.

I confess that I haven't gone to try the door myself, but two different friends of mine who liked to visit there told me that the doors were locked in January. I am never on that side of town and wasn't going to make a special trip to a closed store. If they were both mistaken I would like to hear about it.

I was at Lock and Load yesterday. They are still in business, but are out of black powder and won't likely have any for awhile

wholesale has nothing except 777 and pyrodex. p&d didn't have goex when i was there but pipestone archery had some sort of black powder but no goex...
