Blackpowder tools supplies???

You can find a limited supply of goods at gun shows. Your best bet are suppliers such as Track of The Wolf, Dixie Gun Works, The Gun Works, and October Country Muzzleloading. All have good websites and ship to Canada except for pistols, powder and caps.
 
I found a cowhorn at Tandy and ordered the powder measure spout from Dixie Gun Works several years ago.
Was just a matter of a couple hours of arts and crafts to make it into a powder horn for hu ting season.
Same thing with the possibles bag. Bits and pieces from Tandy and some time later i had a Man Purse for gun stuff.
I'm not sure, but Tandy might have a possibles bag kit.
If they don't then Dixie Gun Works might have what you need.

It depends what you are looking for but you might be able to save some money and build stuff youself.

I can't remember which forum it was but guys were using spent casing as powder scoops.

I simply found the cases that measures right amounts of black powder and tied some bailing wire around the rim and then shrinktubed that to make a handle. A little super glue secured the handle from rotating. The trick was finding cases with a mouth small enough to fit inside .36 cal.

In my personal testing I got the following results (your results my vary):


7.62x25 = 15 - 16 gr
.357 Sig = 19 gr
.38 Spl = 23 - 24 gr
10mm auto = 25 gr

Now that being said I measured on a scale many times to be sure along with checking at the range as well.

For the larger cases I built that funnel from a 270 case. Shrinktubed it and cut / flared out the bottom of the case.

It depends on what your goals/wants are. If you are just going to go shoot a ML and want something that works, a Shampoo bottle with hold/carry your powder, as Canada1812 said, empty cartridge cases make great powder measures, in fact, for hunting and quick followup loads, you can preload several cases with powder and put a cork in them then you just have to pull the cork and dump the powder in and you don't need anything to carry extra powder around, just a half dozen "pre-loads" in cases. You can carry everything in a fanny pack or an old purse. If you are looking for quality "traditional" accoutrements, you are best to make them yourself. You can but all that stuff from the above mentioned vendors but it is all "tourist trade" quality. There are, however, custom makers of horns and possibles bags that make Wonderfull, high quality accoutrements but, like everything else custom made properly, they are not cheap. All depends on what your end goals are. BTW, unlike smokeless powder, Black powder is measured by volume not weight so if you are going to make yourself some fixed powder measures out of CF cases, work up your load with an adjustable measure and when you find a load that works in your gun, make the fixed measure to match the volume of the adjustable measure.

Flasks turn up regularly in auctions ... measures are easily available.

Horns are a different story, suitable horns are not easy to find in Canada - I looked ... not easily found!

Best option for a finished horn would be to get it from a horner in the US - if you are hell bent on making one the go to person (is in the US) : https://www.powderhornsandmore.com/

If you are looking for .62 calibre ( wink ) jags etc - Track of the Wolf is your best bet.
 
Hey Dave - I am based on the west coast and do stock some of the things you seek, adjustable powder measures, powder horns and flasks, possibles bags and other things needed to keep people shooting.
