$1549 for the 4 x 20 rounders. $1487 for the 1 x 20 rnd + 3 a 10 rnd
4 / 20 round mags. Those are $50 u.s each or $100 cdn.
$1300 for an Sig Elite or Dark Elite.. plus a couple extra mags and you are in the same ballpark.
I don't think it is too crazy. Don't forget the 'Blackwater' charge.
It wouldn't hurt to contact Questar next week and ask for a 'Current' price on that model.
I want a P220 Dark Elite. I am trying not to buy it until after Shot in case something new is about to come out.

For a P226 Elite SS? Where?
I don't know if they have but there as been some talk on other forums about Sig discontinuing the Blackwater models. Adverse publicity from the debacles in the middle east or come such (I wasn't following it closely).
Be nice if they made an Elite SS SAO again.

The SIG Blackwater model was discontinued some time ago (last summer I believe) and there is no inventory left.
The gun was replaced with the SIG Blackwater Tactical model and we've been selling those for quite some time. There are two versions available and listed on our website...

The E26 Version comes from SIG with 4 x full length magazines (20 round) and we "limit" those to 10 round for sale in Canada. There is a higher cost on the E26 gun because of the added cost for us to process and modify the high cap magazines...

This is a "high demand" model and SIG is almost always sold-out so wait times are common.

i bought my blackwater tactical from questar a few months ago, JUST before they posted their blackwater tactical that came with 4 full size mags for less than 100 dollars difference I ended up spending over $500 for 5 mags, if i would have known I would have waited and purchased the blackwater with the extended mags.
the whole package cost me around $2200 (gun, 5 extra mags, tax and shipping). yikes!
nice gun though, very nice trigger, great sites. whatever you do though, never drop a full mag on the ground, the base on those mags are not of the greatest quality, they will break or slide out.
now i'm wishing that i had purchased an XCR in 7.62x39 damnit!
