Why care/pay huge premium for full lenght mags? 10 rounds is all we're allowed and it's not like they're going to change the law to allow hi-cap![]()

i bought my blackwater tactical from questar a few months ago, JUST before they posted their blackwater tactical that came with 4 full size mags for less than 100 dollars differenceI ended up spending over $500 for 5 mags, if i would have known I would have waited and purchased the blackwater with the extended mags.
the whole package cost me around $2200 (gun, 5 extra mags, tax and shipping). yikes!
nice gun though, very nice trigger, great sites. whatever you do though, never drop a full mag on the ground, the base on those mags are not of the greatest quality, they will break or slide out.
now i'm wishing that i had purchased an XCR in 7.62x39damnit!

Thats not right. It should have come with the full size mags regardless.the flat based mags are a PITA to use with this pistol. The magwell type grips are meant to be used with the 20rd mags (blocked to 10 of course).
Same argument for AR mags. Why pay huge premium for 30/5 mags.?
Simple 5 rounders will do.![]()
Because 5 rounders don't look good![]()
