Thanks in advance for your knowledge. I plan on mounting my solely Canadian holster on my battle belt using blade-techs TMMS system so that I can also use tek-lok for IDPA.

Does anyone have any experience with a setup like this? I planned on using Blade-tech molle clips - > Blade-tech Drop offset - > TMMS - > holster.

just do it.

Virtually all of my non-standard holster setups were the result of trial and error. Don't be afraid to drill holes and add screws if needed.

Or...just buy two holsters and two belts. My 3 gun belt is not the same as my IPSC belt

I use the TMMS system on my 3gun rig, for everything except the holster and I love the system.
I always want my holster in the same place, as rigid and simple as possible.
If I have a different gun or holster I have another rig (and I do, one 3G/one IPSC).
The TMMS would also space the holster away from your torso a fair bit as well, if that matters.

I use the tmms.
I tried the dropped off-set with the battle belt, and found it too ‘floppy’, so took the drop and offset adapter out of the equation.
The battle belt alone with a regular blade tech holster has a similar type of off-set as a regular 2 piece belt with a dropped off-set holster would have.

How low do you wear your battle belt? You might be able to run the drop off set holster off of your pants belt and have it low enough not to interfere with your battle belt.

A battle belt, like webbing, should be worn on the hip below the hip bone. Imho.
Getting the dropped off-set below that on a pants belt (which for most guys is worn on the waist) will be pretty tough.

I have the large TMMS set-up on my gun belt, which I used for 3 gun. I run three different holsters off of it. I would not run the DOH as it will not be rigid enough. Mine is attached via Teklock to a Volund Gearworks 2" micro belt which is a fairly rigid belt.
