I just bought a Bladetech DOH holster for IPSC to replace my Fobus, the cant is adjustable for either vertical, or forward and back. Is the back cant eligible for IPSC in production?

I found that the vertical position works best with the BladeTech DOH holster. Muzzle forward is ideal for a "skeletonized" race holster, but a fully-enclosed holster like the DOH works best vertically. YMMV.

You don't have to bend your wrist and elbow as much on the draw with muzzle forward cant, especially with DOH. to each his own, try both. I have tried FBI cant with Fobus, straight drop with Bladetech belt, and muzzle forward with Speedsec. I found I the muzzle forward the best and most efficient draw.

Be aware of

5.2.5 Where a Division specifies a maximum distance that a competitor's handgun and equipment may extend away from a competitor's body, a Range Officer may check compliance by measuring the closest distance between the competitor’s torso and the center of the longest dimension of the handgun grip and/or any reloading devices.
5.2.5.1 These measurements will be done while the competitor is standing naturally upright.

Appendix D4
10 Max. distance of handgun and mags/speed loaders from torso 50mm
18. Neither the handgun, nor any of its attachments, nor any allied equipment (e.g. magazines or other loading devices), can extend forward of the line illustrated in Appendix F3. Any such items a Range Officer deems not to be in compliance must be safely and promptly adjusted, failing which Rule 6.2.5.1 will apply.

Appendix F3
Foremost limit for gun, holster, and all equipment behind the hip bone.

what's the difference between tactical black and stealth black, for their holster colour?

personal preference??

I have a regular Bladetech belt holster. Re: tactical/ stealth= One is shiny, one has a dull finish...?

I ordered the Carbon fibre just to be different:D

On the Bladetech website, there is a section to view different finishes.

Maurice,
Were did you buy your bladetech DOH? 911supply does not carry it is special order.

from 911 supply, there is a wait. Ordering it now, you might see it by the end of June or early July.

I ordered my Bladetech DOH from 911 Supply and am expecting it any day now - so it is a two month wait. But apparently ordering direct from Bladetech takes even longer, according to a buddy who ordered his last fall. As far as I have been told, they are acceptable for IPSC matches.

Did you order it direct, or from 911 supply?
