There was a time not that long ago you could get full auto blank firing guns. Is that still a thing in Canada or did they get banned?

I used to have an Uzi that was Full Auto 8 mm blanks. They are no longer available, but only because most of the companies that make them Market them as replicas, and replicas are prohibited by name.

I've got a 1911 copy that takes 8mm center fire blanks. Does Canada ammo sell those?
Never seen them there.

8mm blanks are not cheep and are hard to find . Full auto would be fun ( zip gun )
