I came across some information that says Blaser rings - both the 1/2 and 3/4 style rings are to be torqued to 15 lbs with blue loctite?
Torque setting for Blaser rings to Blaser mount is 20 lbs
15 in. lbs for Blaser aluminum rings, 20 for steel rings
50 in.lbs for rings to base
I've never used loctite on the rings but do use it on the base to ring screw
