Blaser R8 going 22LR!!

Well only thing is, it's not being offered as a whole rifle- just as a separate barrel system. So have to already be a Blaser Lover!

WHAT?!?! I've been calling and emailing you guys like crazy asking when you were getting them in as your my go to for all my Blaser stuff!!! All I heard was still waiting!

I think they were smart to offer this only as a conversion kit for existing Blasers...I agree that this isn't particularly appealing as a stand-alone rifle. I'm a Blaser fan myself, although I much prefer the old R93...believe it or not, there are still some of us who simply don't like or want detachable magazines. The rimfire conversion for the R93 was a ridiculous joke; this one is slick by comparison.

Is the price shown above for the entire kit? I'm assuming you need the bolt head, magazine insert and barrel; If you can buy all those pieces of Blaser-made hardware for $1650Can that's astonishing! That would make this a must-have for any R8 owner.

If you aren't a Blaser R8 owner, this makes no sense. If you are, it is a must have. Wish I'd known they were available in Canada.

If you've never owned a Blaser, you wouldn't understand.

I think that's why they created the R8 off-road as there was enough people not wanting the detachable mag.

Every dealer I have phoned won't do this, as no one can confirm "if" not when the next shipment. I have also been refunded my money once already because of this.

Well I got mine in the mail the other week!

Thanks to USPfan and Precision Optics for hooking me up finally!

Precision Optics is usually my SG go to, now I will definitely be using you for my Blaser stuff.

I will snap some real life pics and do a review if you guys are interested.
