Blazer .22 ammo any good?

Both my 10/22's shoot awesome with the Blazers, no comparison to rem golden bullets, win 555's, xperts and yellow jackets. They seem to have more of a waxy build up than other bullets and generally the first round in my green mountain barrel needs a little persuasion but after that never an issue. Picked up a case a couple months ago for $275+tx in Sask.

A brick. It was definitely a price screw up but I just kept my mouth shut. I was sad they only had the one brick. I would have bought the skid

That reminds me of when Cabella's in Nanaimo was selling flats of 12 gauge for $7.99 instead of $79.99. I grabbed a flat thinking it was just a price mistake on this end and it would scan at 79.99 but nope. It scanned at $7.99. Got 5 flats. Decided to come back for more that same day but they had already figured it out.

For the topic. Blazer has CCI on the head stamp of the cartridge. Its pretty much a non copper coated CCI mini mag.

I shot this with CCI Blazer out of my S&W M&P 22:

It was packaged in bricks of 10x50 round boxes and the bullets coated with a thick layer of wax, so it was the made in the Lewiston, ID plant. I just wish I could find more of the stuff.

i picked some up years ago, stuff ran like a dream.
went back and picked up 10k of it, back when it was $200 per 5000rounds.

still chewing through it.
i absolutely love the stuff.

by far the best of the cheap ammo.
