I just spent the Family Day Weekend with Shane and crew, down here at wife’s family (not mine) cottage in Port McNicholl. He says I should join you guys up there and pop some wolves! Hahahahaha

Hmm - we could load up some .308 150 grain pills and do a M14 hunt!

Well thats it for this part of the season - it closed on Sunday. QHPenny and My72Jeep spent most of her spare time trying to line one up for her but to no avail. Interesting enough the wolves moved out and the coyotes moved in on our hunting spot on the hydro line. I have been out of the game with a knee replacement in early March and hoping to be rehabbed enough to turkey hunt at the end of the month (everything is going well).

Gear washed, batteries out of decoy and callers and all stored away till next fall. Need to do a final clean on the .22-250 and maybe load a few more shells for it.

We will be back at it, God willing, in November or December. Thanks for tuning in!
