What's your deal? The guy admitted he was wrong, what are you after?
This thread has come to its natural conclusion and you're just throwing a tantrum.
This was his response when I asked him to clarify how the forend got damaged. I asked "So, not dropped from waist height then?"
Absolutely not.
That's your takeaway from all that? Really?
I admitted I should have gone about my grievance differently and apologized to the company for that indiscretion, while still maintaining skepticism of the products durability.
Oh and the polymer cantilever mount and the cheapish polymer inforce light suffered no damage.
Care to actually address anything said or are you content to sit in the corner talking trash?
I'd bet money you wouldn't be saying any of this to my face. Typical internet troll. Get a life man.
So, he's sorry not sorry, and maintains that the damage he posted occured when he intentionally dropped the rifle from waist height. Damage that I think we can all agree is unacceptable IF THAT'S WHAT HAPPENED.
He's calling on me to address his comments on things he actually said...guess what, I've quoted what he said. He's apologised for essentially slander, and backpedaled to a certain extent, yet maintains that the rifle caved from a drop. I don't believe him, and I'm trying, painfully, to get out of him, that he's either exaggerating, or to clearly verify that a 10lbs rifle dropped from the waist, folded an aluminum part that shouldn't show this sort of damage until 180lbs of force is applied.
And nevermind the two fans of mine below. I've shown them a mirror to in the past, and apparently they're holding a grudge. Same behaviour many I have on ignore prior to them being pinked. It's almost ironic as to how I can call 'em when that happens.
