Blood cleaning

The flat plastic or cardboard "lay-downs" work to a certain extent but I've found that invariably there will be a leak off one edge or another...I use a plastic toboggan -tub the wife bought at Wallyword for the grandkids (about
$15 I think). it is big enough for a complete deer carcass to be pulled into the shop/garage positioned under the gamming hook & hoisted up. It stays under the animal until I am done boning and then the complete bone structure is lowered back into the tub and skidded outside for disposal. It contains everything that leaks-drops from the operation...not a spec on the floor...cleans up for its original use with a spray-down from the garden hose.

I like that idea, I’ll have to look at Walmart or Canadian tire for a cheap Rubbermaid tote to use. It should catch all the blood and trim nicely.

Personally i dont care about blood on the floors or driveway. I generally try to clean it off the paint of my truck because its hard on the clear
