anybody have a blr chambered 300 wsm? what is the recoil like? does it feed like it should? does the casing eject well? are accurate? I have a chance to pick one up pretty cheap, don't care about other calibers

A friend of mine has a BLR chambered in 300 WSM. I shot the rifle once and found it's recoil to be no worse than my A-Bolt in 300 WSM.

Like all BLR rifles it can be accurate but your hold on the rifle is very important.

I do, the barrel is very accurate IMO but it heats up pretty much instantly, after the second shot it starts opening up for sure. I don't find the recoil all that bad, it's a pistol grip and I have it scoped so it's not a light gun, better than a light bolt action in 300wsm. Never had a feed or ejection issue. It's my favoured hunting rifle unless I'm walking a lot (as it's heavy.)

I have the same in 22-250 and it's one of the lightest rifles I have ever owned
