Anyone have experience with or know where to find aftermarket sights for a BLR? Thinking Truglo or something along that line for front sight at least. Not sure where to find one up here in Canada. Also, anyone know what the model number for a limbsaver that fits the BLR pistol grip stock?

Cheers

I find the stock irons on thr BLR to be super useable out to 250 m (8" steel plate, 10/10) and adjustable in both, windage and elevation.

But if you must change it, try thr skinner sights.

If you want a nice peep sight, check out Skinners. I put one of those and a Williams Firesight front post on a BLR I got. Nice combination, had to get a tall sight post though to get it shooting straight with the peep mounted on top of the receiver.

Thx for the info guys.. I suppose I will measure the front site dovetail for a match with the firesight as there is no specific part that I can find for the BLR. Any experience with aftermarket recoil pads?

The blr stainless takedown has a fibre optic front sight. If you are interested in just that you could try contacting browning Canada. I’m sure it is made by Williams or someone else though. Maybe contact Williams and see if it is them that make it? It might just be easier to order it through browning Canada.

For a rear peep I would check out the skinner one. Though it leaves no option of switching between irons and a scope, if that matters to you.

I’m not sure about the recoil pad, hopefully someone can help you out

Awesome thx. Was considering just running the irons, no scope.
