i know a guy that makes lead bullets with blue lube, hes in ottawa though

Cactus Plains Ammunition out of Gull Lake, SK is a source. If you Google "Plains Ammunition Supply", you can find his number.

Cactus Plains makes a decent bullet. I used them almost exclusively for target ammo until WSS stopped carrying them.

WSS in Calgary still carries the Cactus Plains bullets, but they really suck at keeping them in inventory. Sometimes you have to go straight to the source.
