blued reciever

I was just comparing my new m-305 from Marstar, to my older ones and noticed my new one has a blued reciever!! What is going on? Did anyone else get a blued one?

Any pictures? Is the scope mount area identical to your parkerized one? What type of flash hider does it have? Solid or slotted? What markings does it have?

There were a bunch of blued ones with flat or slabsided portside surfaces... kinda looked like a pile of them ended up in the hands of some kommunist high school techies....

Skullboy and I coulda sworn that they were kinda funny (read between the lines) to be on the Kanuckistani market....

it has a slotted flash hider, same mounting surface for scope mount, not flat sided. markings M-14 308 NORINCO
