Just got home from work and it was waiting for me.
Thanks for a great product at a great price. Anyone who dabbles in bluing or parkerizing owes it to themselves to pick one of these tanks up.
I still hate your online order process so any future business will be done by phone but there will be future business.

Ive used it, it seems to work fine for me...I really like the newsletter emails that I get sent now, so Im ontop of new inventory and upcoming sales/items.
It's certainly 1000X better than Ma*star's 'copy this' form and fax it in approach; that whole experience blows dead goats.
 
I don't want to have to create a customer profile to check out, I don't want my information stored on your computer and when I checked the box to indicate it was not a firearms purchase the system still wanted my PAL info. Maybe I screwed up, I don't know.
I know it's simpler for you if all your customer have online accts and simply log in and make a purchase but when I shop at Cabelas they give me the option of checking out without creating an account. Yes, I have to enter all my info for each transaction but call me paranoid, I prefer it that way. When I phoned in the order I had been online for 15 minutes trying get through your system, I was angry. While I am happy with my purchase Paul's attitude sucked. His response to my complaint of having to create an acct was "well we have hundreds of customers who don't mind doing it". Will I buy from you again, absolutely. Will I use your current online check out system, hell no.
I guess you can't please all of the people all of the time.

It only needs it if you buy a gun or ammo. It states this. Unfortunately, there is no way for the system to know to remove the field.

The software requires this. The new system we are designing from scratch will not. We have heard it before. But also note, that even if you sign in without creating an account on cabelas or other sites, your info is still stored there as if you had, since it is needed to process the order.

That is unfortunate. Maybe he had a bad day. I know that we strongly discourage phone orders, even asking customers to call back when we are not busy. We are primarily web based, 99%+. We are just not set up for phone orders, likely never will be.

Will I buy from you again, absolutely. Will I use your current online check out system, hell no.
I guess you can't please all of the people all of the time.
Thank you for letting me know the issues you had. Hopefully the future changes will work better for you.
