Bo Mar target sights on XDs

Has anyone tried installing Bo Mar target sights on a springfield XD-45. What type of work is involved:confused: Do I need to drill and tap, or modify the dove tail. I was hoping to use a sight pusher to do my work:onCrack:

Bo mar sights use a different cut then novaks do. Machining is involved...
