I got a reply:

"The goal for production launch is mid-2009...The XR9F (full-sized) will come out shortly after the XR9S (shorty) just because of the demand."

I also mentioned that I am Canadian and this was the reply I got...

"I have all the RCMP forms, but need to fill them out."

Seems like a good guy... I'm definitely looking out for the XR9F this year.
