I've got a Boker 90 folding knife (out of production) that is all the knife I need. I have a hard time getting it sharp though, but that's just me. I've been trying for 50 years to learn how to sharpen knives and I'm still really good at making a sharp knife dull.
It's my 2nd. The first was stolen in a break in but my daughter and son-in-law who live in Berlin found me another one in old stock in a knife store.
