Looking for a Bolt action rifle in .243 or higher (So I can legally hunt NS big game) that comes factory with a bull barrell, or at least a rifle that has heavy barrels easily available. Just looking for something accurate with a non-tapered heavy barrel for great accuracy, weight is not an issue either.

Really? Did you even look first or too lazy? I am not internet savvy but this took me no more than 15 minutes, mostly to cut and paste.

Savage has a few.

Model: 10 XP Predator Hunter Package ~$900
Model: 12 VLP DBM ~ $1100
Model: 12 FV short action ~$700 (Wholesale Sports price)

Remington:

Model 700 SPS Varmint Bolt Action Rifle ~$600 (Cabela's)
Model 700 VTR Bolt Action Rifle~$900 (Cabela's)

To start, at least.

And I grew up hunting in NS. You do not need a bull barrel for the kind of accuracy you will require. Any out of the box savage will shoot less than MOA, and that is far more than you will need to shoot a whitetail in NS. The rifle shoots better than most of its shooters. That being said, buy what you think you need/want. It makes it more fun.

Thanks..sorry I should have been more specific. 16 hr work days doesn't leave me much to browse anymore. I usually steer clear of Savage due to "plastic magazine troubles", and I was looking in the $600 range so Looks like the SPS varmint 308 will do fine. I know I don't need a bull barrel, I just want one. Thanks again for the input though.

I LOVE single-shot rifles, some day when I can afford a T/C Pro hunter i'll def be getting me one!
The Icon is a bolt action but definatley around a prohunter price. I have a regular Encore bought it before the prohunter came out I love it! Especially in 6.5x55 ;) . I am currently looking at an SPS Varmint in 243, praire Gun traders above seem to have them in stock. If not needing a heavy barrel try a TC Venture
