Bolt face Alteration

I have an older Tikka M695 that is chambered in 30-06, I am currently weighing some options on if I want to have it remade into something else. What I am wondering is if it is practical or possible to have the bolt face opened up from the standard 0.473 to the magnum size? Is this a very expensive operations for a gun smith? My magazines are marked 270-338 mag so I think the feeding should be okay since all the Tikka long action cartridges use the same magazine.

I am currently more interested in some of the magnum cartridges but I don't have a magnum rifle to serve as a donor so I am wondering what if any, are my options with my Tikka.

If your M695 bolt looks like this T3 bolt it's a bit thin to do that, no?

I will have to take a look at the bolt face when I get home but from memory mine looks much thicker and squared lugs and not sloped like that. That bolt looks like a T3 bolt face.
