I believe that spiral bolt fluting is one of the things offered by Corlane/Rocky Mountain Rifles.

The guys at Corlanes did straight fluting on 1 of my model 70's ,when I had it customized about 10 years ago. Rod & the boys are top notch.

Not sure, but I think that Julien at Down Range Precision is set up to do bolt fluting now.
