Bolt issue Ishapore 2A1 converted to a jungle carbine

Good morning everyone. I am brand new here and needing some assistance. I have an Ishapore 2A1 that was converted here in the States years ago to a jungle carbine pattern. I am having issues with the bolt sticking at the open end of travel. I was wondering if any of you fine folks who have much more experience with the Enfield than I do could possibly point me in the right direction? Thank you in advance.
 
Is there a problem with the bolt head and the little spring which retains the bolt head on its track?
