bolt issues

I was cleaning my rifle and accidently dropped the bolt. It doesn't appear to be damaged but the bolt now appears to be in the down, locked position (the position when firing) and doesn't line up correctly to slide into chamber. Can't figure out how to twist the bolt manually when out of the gun...any suggestions?

Model is Browning Xbolt.

Channel lock pliers or a vice and some cloth over the locking lugs to protect them if you can't do it by hand. I had this happen to an a bolt and it was very difficult but I did it by hand.

Well...don't I feel stupid. Worked like a dream...I was about to start taking my bolt apart.
